Homemade butter rolls: the recipe to make them soft and delicious

Ingredients:
250 g of cake flour
250 g of Manitoba flour
75 g of room temperature butter
130 g of lukewarm milk
100 g of lukewarm water
5 g of dry brewer's yeast
10 g of salt
5 g of honey
30 g of sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk + milk for brushing
Directions:
1. For starters: dissolve yeast in milk.
2. Mix flours, dissolved yeast, sugar, water, butter, egg, honey and salt in a bowl.
3. Knead into a smooth dough and let rise for at least 3 hours.
4. Shape the buns and let rest for 40 minutes.
5. Brush with egg and milk, then bake at 200° for 15 minutes.
