Potato cutlets: the quick and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
3 tbsp of flour
Chili flakes
Salt
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Grate potatoes and squeeze them.
2. Then blend onion into a paste and add to potatoes.
3. Aside, whisk the eggs using a fork. Add flour, too.
4. Pour this mixture in the potato bowl.
5. Season with chili flakes and salt.
6. Pour vegetable oil in a pan and shape the cutlets with a spoon.
7. Fry until golden on both sides.
