Pizza cutlets: a second dish cheesy and imperdible!

A tasty appetizer ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
For the mixture:
3 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp salt
15g (2 tbsp) corn flour
For the slurry

15g (2 tbsp) maida flour
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp salt
125ml (½ cup) water

Tomato puree
Cheese, grated
METHOD
- In a large bowl take smash 3 potatoes, add the mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt, cornflour and mix well forming a dough
Grease hand with oil and pinch a ball-sized mixture to create a round ball. - Flatten slightly, add the tomato puree, cheese and shape it into a cutlet.
- In a small bowl mix the cornflour, maida flour, pepper powder, salt, water and form a smooth lump-free batter.
- Dip the prepared cutlet into cornflour slurry and add coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the cutlets in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
