Cinnamon rolls: the best-ever recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
250 of flour
50 g of sugar
5 g of dry yeast
1/2 tsp of salt
1 egg
90 g of milk
40 g of melted butter
- For the filling:
60 g of room temperature butter
1 tbsp of cinnamon
100 g of brown sugar
1/2 tbsp of corn flour
- For the icing:
165 g of cream cheese
60 g of powdered sugar
1 vanillin
6 tbsp of milk
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, egg milk and melted butter in the stand mixer container.
2. Knead until smooth, then cover the dough with some plastic and let rise until it doubles its size.
3. Now make the filling mixing butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and corn flour.
4. Flatten the dough onto a floured work surface using a rolling pin then spread the filling all over it.
5. Roll and cut in pieces, then place the rolls into a baking tray.
6. Cover with a kitchen cloth and let rise again for about 45 minutes.
7. Brush their surface with some more melted butter.
8. Bake at 175° for about 15-20 minutes.
9. For the icing just mix cheese, powdered sugar, vanillin and milk.
