Jam cookies: the recipe for some easy and delicious treats

Ingredients:
220 g of flour
80 of potato starch
130 g of powdered sugar
100 g of ricotta cheese
60 g of sunflower seeds oil
2 large egg yolks
8 g of baking powder
1 packet of vanillin or vanilla extract
Jam to taste
Directions:
1. Mix flour, potato starch, powdered sugar, baking powder and vanillin.
2. Then stir in egg yolks, ricotta cheese and oil.
3. Knead until you get a smooth and even dough.
4. Flatten with a rolling pin and make some disks.
5. Stuff with jam and seal the edges.
6. Arrange the biscuits on a tray coated with baking paper.
7. Bake at 160° for about 16/17 minutes.
8. Decorate with powdered sugar.
