Lemon garlic chicken: the recipe to make it creamy and tasty

Ingredients:
- For the chicken:
1-2 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
80 g of flour
Cooking oil
- For the sauce:
1 tbsp of butter
3 garlic gloves
Fresh parsley
Half a lemon (juice)
1 tsp of flour
170ml of water or chicken stock
Directions:
1. Finely chop garlic and parsley.
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
3. Fry in a pan with oil until golden on both sides. Then seat aside.
4. Put butter in the same pan. Add minced garlic and lemon juice, too.
5. Now stir in flour and pour water (or chicken stock).
6. Lastly add parsley and cook chicken again in this sauce.
7. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
