No-knead mini pizza: the recipe for an original and tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
12 sandwich bread slices
150 of tomato sauce
100 g of mozzarella cheese
Olives
Anchovies
Ham
Oil, salt, oregano
Garlic (optional)
Directions:
1. Spread the sandwich bread with a rolling pin.
2. Make a disk out of it using a cookie cutter.
3. Mix oil and oregano, then brush the bread with this mixture.
4. Place the bread into a muffin tray.
5. Bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
6. Season tomato sauce with salt, oregano and garlic.
7. Fill as you like and finish with mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Bake at 180° for another 5 minutes.
