Zucchini cutlets: the recipe for a crispy and tasty dish

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
9 provola cheese slices
5 ham slices
2 eggs
1 tbsp of grated cheese
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Seeds oil for frying:
Directions:
1. Cut provola cheese and zucchini in slices.
2. Shape the cutlets by stuffing zucchini with ham and cheese.
3. Whisk eggs with salt and grated cheese.
4. Coat the zucchini in flour, then whisked egg and lastly in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in hot oil.
