Potato croquettes: the recipe to make them crispy and savory

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
3 large potatoes
1 egg
4 tbsp of grated cheese
1/2 tsp of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
100 g of mozzarella cheese
- For the breading:
1 egg + milk
Breacrumbs
Grated cheese
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and boil them in salted water.
2. Then mash them and add egg, cheese, salt and nutmeg.
3. Cut mozzarella cheese and shape the croquettes.
4. Let rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
5. Whisk the egg with milk and mix it with breadcrumbs, grated cheese and pepper.
6. Coat the croquettes with this mixture and fry them in hot oil.
