Lemon and coconut cake: the recipe to make it creamy and fragrant

Ingredients:
4 eggs
100 g of starch
100 g of cake flour
3 lemons
250 g of ricotta cheese
80 g of butter
80 g of grated coconut
1 packet of baking powder
150 g of sugar
Directions:
1. Wash the lemon and grate the zest, then squeeze them to make juice.
2. Mix ricotta cheese, sugar and eggs in a bowl.
3. Add softened butter too and mix for 2 minutes.
4. Now stir in lemon juice and zest and coconut.
5. Aside, mix flour, starch and baking powder. Sift them and stir them into the batter.
6. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
7. Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 170° for 25 minutes.
8. Decorate with coconut and lemon slices.
9. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
