Lemon cake: the secret to make it creamy and moist!

This lemon gateau looks like it's fresh from a French-style patisserie!

INGREDIENTS
350g mascarpone
130g sugar 
3 eggs
1tbsp lemon zest
 2 tbsp lemon juice
125g natural yogurt
75g cornstarch
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix mascarpone with sugar, mix in eggs one by one.
  2. Add in lemon zest, lemon juice, yoghurt and cornstarch.
  3. Pour the mixture in prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 180 ' C ( 356 ' F ) for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar powder and decorate with lemon and mint leaves.
