Lemon cake: the secret to make it creamy and moist!

This lemon gateau looks like it's fresh from a French-style patisserie!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
350g mascarpone
130g sugar
3 eggs
1tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
125g natural yogurt
75g cornstarch
METHOD
- In a bowl mix mascarpone with sugar, mix in eggs one by one.
- Add in lemon zest, lemon juice, yoghurt and cornstarch.
- Pour the mixture in prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 180 ' C ( 356 ' F ) for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sugar powder and decorate with lemon and mint leaves.
