Sweet lemon cake: how to make it moist and soft

INGREDIENTS
Eggs– 4
Sugar – 2 cup
Greek yogurt – 200 ml
Oil – 1 cup
Flour – 2 cup
Cornstarch – 1 cup
Baking powder -5 g
Lemon zest
Lemon - 1
METHOD
- Cut the lemon into rings.
- Put eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix. Add yogurt and oil and lemon zest. Mix. Add flour, starch and baking powder. Mix.
- Pour into a baking dish. Compare the lemon on top.
- Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
