Eggplant puff pastry pie: the simple and tasty recipe everyone will love

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet
3 sausages
1 eggplant
150 g of cream cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Cut the eggplant in this slices, then soak them in salted water.
2. Mix the meat from the sausages with cream cheese.
3. Spread puff pastry on a baking tray and make some holes using a fork.
4. Pour some olive oil, then spread the meat and cheese mixture.
5. Now make a layer with eggplants.
6. In a bowl mix salt, oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Use this mixture to brush your pie.
7. Now decorate with some cherry tomatoes.
8. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
