Onion omelette: the savory and quick recipe to try

Ingredients:
2 small-sized onion
Seeds oil
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper
Turmeric
Fresh oregano
Breadcrumbs
3 eggs
Grated lemon zest
Directions:
1. Chop one onion and cook it in a pan with some oil at low heat.
2. Season with salt and add a little bit of water.
3. When it becomes soft set aside and let cool.
4. Do the same with the other onion, sliced.
5. Mix cooked onions, eggs, oregano, lemon zest, pepper, salt and chili pepper.
6. Lastly add breadcrumbs: 1 tbsp for every egg in the batter.
7. Cook the omelette in an oiled pan, a low heat for 5 minutes.
8. Decorate the top with sliced onion from before.
9. Continue cooking until it's golden and crispy on both sides.
