Rice croquettes: how to make them savory and crispy

Ingredients:
1 stock cube
20 g of salt
125 g of butter
2 packets of saffron
1 kg of rice
400 g of mozzarella cheese
Breadcrumbs
Seeds oil for frying
Directions:
1. Pour 2 liters of water in a large pot. Then add stock cube, salt, butter and saffron.
2. Bring to a boil, then pour in rice.
3. Cook until all of the water is completely absorbed, stirring every now and then.
4. Shape the croquettes with your hands and place some diced mozzarella inside.
5. Then coat them with breadcrumbs.
6. Now fry them in hot oil until golden.
