Sweet flatbread: the recipe to make it fragrant and delicious

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
400 g of bread flour
240 ml of warm water
1 packet of instant yeast
15 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
40 g of sugar
- For brushing:
10 g of butter
20 ml of water
Sugar for coating
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water and add salt and sugar too.
2. Then stir in the flour.
3. Knead and add butter.
4. Place the dough into a bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Move onto a floured surface and divide it into equal pieces.
6. Shape some balls, flatten them with your hands and let rise again for 20 minutes covered with a kitchen cloth.
7. Make some holes with your fingers, then brush with water and melted butter.
8. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
9. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
