Quiche Lorraine: the recipe for a delicious savory pie

Ingredients:
200 g of flour
Half a tsp of salt
75 g of cold butter
5 tbsp of water
2 onions
200 g of bacon
500 ml of cream
3 eggs
150 g of grated cheese
Half a tsp of nutmeg
1/3 of black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, diced butter and water.
2. When the dough it's firm enough place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
3. Stir fry the bacon in a pan until it's crispy.
4. In the same pan fry thin-sliced onions until they're soft.
5. Spread the dough onto a floured surface and place it in the mold.
6. Make some holes on the bottom using a fork.
7. Fill with bacon and onions.
8. Aside, mix cream, cheese and eggs. Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt.
9. Pour the cheese mixture onto the pie.
10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220° for 40 minutes.
11. Let cool a bit before serving.
