Ricotta and chocolate chips cake: the simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
1kg of ricotta cheese
3 eggs
200g of granulated sugar
Vanilla flavoring
45g of grated coconut
50g of flour 0
Chocolate chips to decorate 
 
Directions:
1. In a large bowl insert the ricotta and add the sugar.
2. Then add the eggs and mix well.
3. Then add vanilla flavor, coconut and flour.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and add the chocolate chips.
5. Bake at 180° for 60 minutes.
