Coconut roll: the easy recipe for delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
85 g of sugar
35 g of vegetable oil
1 tsp of baking powder
90 g of flour
- For the filling:
250 g of cream cheese
40 g of powdered sugar
250 g of cream
80 g of melted white chocolate
50 g of dried coconut
50-70 g of toasted almonds
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then add oil.
2. Aside mix flour and baking powder, sift them and stir them into the batter.
3. Pour the batter in a rectangular tray and smooth it out.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool, then roll into a kitchen cloth and let rest.
6. Meanwhile make the filling mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar and cream.
7. After that stir into white chocolate and dried coconut.
8. Spread the filling on top of the cake and sprinkle with chopped toasted almonds.
9. After rolling it, use the cream to also coat the entire dessert.
10. Then sprinkle with more dried coconut.
11. Let cool for 1-2 hours.
