Veal stew with vegetables: the recipe to make it tender, juicy and savory

Ingredients:
1 kg of veal meat
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 big carrots
Laurel leaves
3 tbsp of tomato sauce
1 tbsp of chili powder
Half a tsp of rosemary
Half a tsp of thyme
150 ml of white wine
700 ml of meat broth
90 g of peas
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large pot pour some olive oil and let sauté the meat at high heat.
2. Add garlic, chopped onion, carrot in big pieces, laurel and tomato sauce.
3. Season with chili powder, rosemary and thyme.
4. Pour in some wine and let evaporate at high heat.
5. Cover with some broth, put a lid on and let cook at medium heat for 50-60 minutes.
6. When the sauce has reduced also add peas and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
