Vanilla cream eclairs: the recipe for easy and delicious treats

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
150 ml of milk
150 ml of water
160 g of butter
160 g of flour
Vanilla essence
Salt
5 eggs
- For the cream:
500 ml of milk
6 egg yolks
170 g of sugar
Vanilla essence
80 g of flour
100 g of butter
300 ml of whipping cream
20 g of powdered sugar
- For decoration:
300 g of milk chocolate
Directions:
1. For the dough: melt butter into milk, water and vanilla essence.
2. Then add salt and stir well.
3. Add flour and blend until the dough doesn't stick to the pot edges anymore.
4. Also add eggs and shape your eclairs.
5. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes
6. For the cream: heat up some milk, then add egg yolks previously mixed with sugar, vanilla essence and flour.
7. Add butter and stir well.
8. Whip the cream with some powdered sugar and stir it into the cream you made before.
9. Fill the eclairs and decorate with melted chocolate.
