Creamy vanilla squares: a delicious, soft, creamy and so simple dessert!

INGREDIENTS
First layer:
• 3 yolks
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3 tbsp hot water
• 2 tbsp flour
• 5g Baking powder
 
Cream:
• 6 egg whites
• 6 tbsp sugar
• 1L water
• 4 pck vanilla pudding
• 200g sugar.
 
METHOD
  1. First cake: Mix egg yolks, egg, sugar with a mixer
  2. Add oil, hot water, flour and Baking powder.
  3. Bake at 200C/400F 10 min.
  4. Cream together egg whites, sugar mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat water, vanilla puddings, sugar. When it thickens, pour the pudding onto the egg whites and mix for 5 minutes with a mixer.
  6. Then place the first cake, cream and second cake on top and chill for 12 hours. Dust icing sugar on top.
