Creamy vanilla squares: a delicious, soft, creamy and so simple dessert!

INGREDIENTS
First layer:
• 3 yolks
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3 tbsp hot water
• 2 tbsp flour
• 5g Baking powder
Cream:
• 6 egg whites
• 6 tbsp sugar
• 1L water
• 4 pck vanilla pudding
• 200g sugar.
METHOD
- First cake: Mix egg yolks, egg, sugar with a mixer
- Add oil, hot water, flour and Baking powder.
- Bake at 200C/400F 10 min.
- Cream together egg whites, sugar mixture for 10 minutes.
- Heat water, vanilla puddings, sugar. When it thickens, pour the pudding onto the egg whites and mix for 5 minutes with a mixer.
- Then place the first cake, cream and second cake on top and chill for 12 hours. Dust icing sugar on top.
