Cabbage patties: the recipe to make them savory in a few minutes

Ingredients:
300 g of cabbage
250 g of potatoes
2 tbsp of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
1 egg
4 or 5 tbsp of breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Finely cut the cabbage.
2. Peel and dice the potatoes.
3. Boil both potatoes and cabbage in hot boiling water for 15 minutes.
4. Put them in a bowl and blend them.
5. Now add egg, pepper, salt, cheese and breadcrumbs.
6. Stir until you get a firm dough.
7. Shape them into some patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
8. Fry them in a pan with some olive oil for 2 minutes on both sides.
