Chocolate cream layered cake: the recipe for a delicious and simple dessert

Ingredients:
- For the cream:
500 g of sour cream (or greek yogurt)
140g of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
30 g of cornstarch
100 g of dark chocolate
- For the batter:
150 g of flour
10 g of cornstarch
10 g of baking powder
30 g of poppy seeds
4 eggs
120 g of sugar
20 g of vegetable oil
- For decoration
150 g of whipping cream
5-7 g o of poppy seeds
1 tbsp and a half of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. For the cream: mix sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
2. Cook the mixture on the stove stirring continuously until it thickens.
3. Add chocolate and let it melt. Then cover with some plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature.
4. Aside, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and poppy seeds.
5. Then whisk eggs with sugar for 10 minutes and lastly add oil.
6. Now stir in the flour mix into the batter a little bit at a time.
7. Pour the batter into a mold and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
8. Once it's done divide it into 3 equal layers.
9. Assemble the dessert alternating cake layers with chocolate cream.
10. Let cool in the fridge overnight.
11. Decorate with chocolate flakes and melted chocolate.
12. After that whisk cream with powdered sugar, add seeds and decorate the cake using a piping bag.
