Pear and ricotta crumbled pie: the recipe for a delicious and fragrant dessert

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
500 g of ricotta cheese
3 pears
1 egg
150 g of powdered sugar
- For the shortcrust pastry:
400 g of flour
2 eggs
100 g of butter
150 g of sugar
10 g of baking powder
1 packet of vanillin
Directions:
1. Dice the pears and add them to the ricotta cheese.
2. Also mix in powdered sugar, 1 egg and mix well. Store in the fridge.
3. Shortcrust pastry: in a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and vanillin.
4. Then add butter, eggs and make a crumbly dough.
5. Assemble the dessert and bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
