Meat and potato savory pie: the recipe for a quick and simple dish to try

Ingredients:
400 g of minced meat 
1 onion 
Half a red bell pepper 
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika 
Ginger
Cumin 
Coriander
Parsley 
1 tsp of tomato paste 
600 g of potatoes 
20 g of butter
70 ml of milk 
Salt 
Nutmeg 
1 mozzarella 
Thyme 
Bell pepper (optional) 
 
Directions: 
1. Peel and cut potatoes. Then boil them in salted water. 
2. Dice onion and bell pepper, then stir fry them in a pan with oil and garlic. 
3. Add meat too and season with salt, then season with ginger, paprika, pepper, coriander and cumin. 
4. Also add tomato paste and chopped parsley. 
5. Cook at low heat for 10 minutes. 
6. Drain the potatoes and put them in a bowl with salt and nutmeg. Then mash them. 
7. Stir in milk and butter. 
8. Brush some oil on the bottom of a pan and use the potato dough to make a base for your pie. 
9. Fill with sliced mozzarella cheese and the meat you cooked before. 
10. Now cover with more potato dough. 
11. Sprinkle with some shredded mozzarella cheese, diced bell pepper and thyme.
12. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
