Creamy chocolate log: the recipe for a dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
4 eggs
130 g of sugar
30 g of vegetable oil
90 g of flour
30 g of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking powder
- For the cream:
200 g of butter
50 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
200 g of cream cheese
- For the syrup:
150 ml of milk
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- For decoration:
100 g of milk chocolate
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar until you get a white and foamy batter.
2. Now add oil.
3. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Then sift them and mix them into the batter, stirring gently.
4. Pour the batter into a tray covered in baking paper and level.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Now make the cream mixing butter, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well using electrical whisks.
7. Lastly add cream cheese a little bit at a time.
8. Once it's done and cold, cut the cake refining the edges and dividing it into 4 equal parts.
9. Now assemble the dessert alternating cake layers (wet with a mixture of milk and vanilla sugar) and cocoa cream.
10. Let cool in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours.
11. Decorate the cake with crumbled cake scraps and chocolate icing made by melting milk chocolate and oil together.
