No butter tart: the recipe to make a light and delicious shortcrust pastry

Ingredients:

220 g of flour

80 g of potato starch

130 g of powdered sugar

100 g of cream cheese

60 g of sunflower seeds oil

2 large egg yolks

8 g of vanilla flavored baking powder

1 packet of vanillin

Filling to taste

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix flour, potato starch, powdered sugar and baking powder.

2. Add cheese, egg yolks and oil.

3. Knead and combine all the ingredients, then make a smooth dough.

4. Spread the shortcrust pastry and place it in a mold.

5. Make the tart and bake at 180 degrees for 28/30 minutes.
