Creamy apple pie: the alternative and delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:

2 eggs

200 g of sugar

250 ml of milk

220 g of flour

3 apples

Peach or apricot jam

Directions:

1. Pour eggs in a bowl and mix with sugar, milk and flour.

2. Dice 2 apples and add them to the batter.

3. Blend and make a liquid butter without lumps.

4. Pour the batter in a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. Then cover with some apple slices, jam and bake again for another 5/10 minutes.
