Hazelnut tiramisù: the original and tasty way to make the famous dessert

Ingredients:

500g mascarpone cheese
90g sugar
1g salt
90g hazelnut paste
200g heavy cream
300g ladyfingers
350g hot milk
7g instant coffee
HZELNUT GANACHE:
130g heavy cream
130g milk chocolate
30g hazelnut paste
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Mix the hot milk with the instant coffee and set aside.
2. Hazelnut cream: mix the mascarpone with sugar, salt and hazelnut paste. Add the whipped cream and mix well.
3. Assemble the tiramisu dipping the ladyfingers in the milk and coffee.
4. Make all the layers and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
5. Ganache: melt the chocolate in the cream and add the hazelnut paste and salt.
6. Pour the ganache on the tiramisù and refrigerate for 1 hour.
