Hazelnut crunchy bars: the delicious and easy to prepare dessert!

You only need 4 ingredients to make a special treat in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g (2 cups) hazelnuts
350g (2 ¾ cups) sugar
125g (½ cup) honey
lemon juice
 
METHOD
  1. Toast the hazelnuts. Make caramel from sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Add hazelnuts and mix.
  2. Spread the mixture and leave to cool for 2 hours.
  3. Cut into bars and serve.
