Yogurt cake with almonds: the creamy and tasty dessert to try

Ingredients:
2 eggs
50 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
100 g butter
250 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Stuffed:
2 eggs
100 g sugar
30 g corn starch
350 g sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Peaches
Almonds
 
Directions:
1. Base: in a bowl mix the eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
2. Then add the butter, flour and baking powder.
3. Work everything together and form a soft and homogeneous dough.
4. Roll out the dough in the mold and put it in the fridge.
5. Cream: in a bowl mix eggs, sugar, starch, sour cream (or yogurt), vanilla extract. Then add the diced peaches.
6. Pour the cream onto the base and add the almonds.
7. Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
