Orange pudding cake: the fresh and creamy dessert!

INGREDIENTS
3 egg whites
3 tbsp sugar
3 egg yolks
440ml (2 cups) of orange juice
75g (1/4 cup) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp of agar agar
1/3 tsp of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Strawberries
Hazelnut grain
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl beat egg whites with sugar well.
  2. In the pan add egg yolks with condensed milk, salt, agar powder, vanilla extract, and orange juice, cook until the thickness is a little. Mix in into the egg whites.
  3. Transfer to the baking pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
