Strawberry sponge cake: the beautiful and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
STRAWBERRIES:
150g fresh strawberries
1/2 lemon
30g sugar
COCOA SPONGE CAKE:
3 eggs
70g sugar
85g "00" flour
15g cocoa powder
50g milk
25g seed oil
3g baking powder
CREAM:
400g mascarpone
150g fresh cream
30g powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Strawberries: Cut the strawberries into very small pieces and season with sugar and lemon juice. Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Sponge cake: whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and oil. Then sift and add flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a 16 cm diameter mold. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
3. Strain the juice of the strawberries in order to have the syrup for the cake.
4. Cream: mix the mascarpone with the cream and icing sugar.
5. Now assemble the cake and decorate it.
