Cod fritters: the recipe to have them crunchy and tasty

Ingredients:
100 g wholemeal flour
100 g chickpea flour
200 g cod
1 onion
Parsley
400-500 ml of cold water
salt
Olive oil
 
Directions:
1. First, chop all the ingredients.
2. In a bowl put the two flours, an onion, parsley, salt and start pouring the water.
3. Stir and add the cod.
4. Integrate everything well until you have a sort of batter.
5. Fry the pancakes in hot oil and serve.
