Cabbage stuffed cutlets: the amazing meal to enjoy your family

Ingredients:
1 cabbage (whole)
650 g minced pork
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
Herbs mix
Salt and pepper
 
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
 
Directions:
1. Cook the cabbage in a pot with salty water.
2. Mix the meat with chopped onion, garlic, egg, herbs, salt and pepper.
3. Stuff the cabbage leaves and pass them in the beaten eggs and in the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the cabbage cutlets into hot oil and enjoy them.
