Fluffy donuts: how to make them so delicious at home

Ingredients:
First dough:
100 ml milk
7 g dry yeast
160 g 00 flour
Dough:
First dough
400 g flour
70 g sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
6 yolks
25 ml rum
150 ml fresh milk
80 g melted butter
Directions:
1. Yeast: dissolve the yeast in hot milk and then add the flour.
2. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise for 30 minutes at 25°.
3. Dough: mix the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg yolks, rum, milk and first dough.
4. Work everything and finally add the melted butter.
5. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise for 30 minutes at 25°.
6. Then form the donuts and let them rise for another 30 minutes at 25°.
7. Fry in hot oil and pass them in sugar.
