Sweet and sour red onions: the easy and delicious side dish

Ingredients:
1 kg of red onions
50 g of butter
A teaspoon of salt
100 ml of water
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
100 ml of white vinegar
Directions:
1. First cut the onions and brown them in a pan with the butter. and salt.
2. Then add the water and let it absorb.
3. Add the brown sugar, the vinegar and cook for an hour over low heat.
