Baked squids:easy and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS
Squids
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of lemon (juice)
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Parsley
Lemon (zest)

METHOD
  1. Clean and cut into the stripes the squids and transfer them to the bowl. Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mix all well together.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with parsley and lemon zest. Transfer the sliced squid to the breadcrumbs mixture and cover well.
  3. Transfer the squid covered with breadcrumbs mixture to the pan covered with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes.
