Baked squids:easy and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS
Squids
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of lemon (juice)
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of lemon (juice)
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Parsley
Lemon (zest)
METHOD
- Clean and cut into the stripes the squids and transfer them to the bowl. Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mix all well together.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with parsley and lemon zest. Transfer the sliced squid to the breadcrumbs mixture and cover well.
- Transfer the squid covered with breadcrumbs mixture to the pan covered with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes.
