How to make a quick and easy bread with baking powder and soda!

You'll fall in love with this! You don't even need fresh yeast!

INGREDIENTS
parsley
dill
onions
eggs – 2 pcs
cottage cheese – 200 grams
salt – 1 tsp
sugar- 1 tsp
milk – 1 cup
flour – 300 grams
baking powder – 1 tsp
baking soda – 2 tsp
oil

METHOD
  1. Chop the parsley, spices and onions. In a mixing bowl, mix two eggs, cheese, sugar, salt. Add vegetables, milk, baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix well.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into squares.
  3. Bake in hot oil.
