Cabbage fried empanadas: the recipe to make them crispy and delicious

Ingredients:
The filling:
1 medium onion, sliced.
1 stalk spring onion, chopped.
1/4 head of cabbage, chopped. Parsley.
Salt, pepper, chili sauce, chili flakes, to taste.
Dough:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp (56g) butter
2 large eggs (for small eggs please add drops of water).
Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Filling: fry the onion with spring onion and then add the cabbage. Add also parsley, salt, pepper, chili sauce, chili flakes and mix well.
2. Dough: mix the flour with salt, butter, eggs and make a uniform dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Spread the dough, make some disks and fill them. Fold each disks and fry them in hot oil.
