Homemade focaccia: the Italian recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
235 grams of Manitoba flour
235 grams of semolina flour
100 gr + 250 gr of warm water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
7 gr of dry yeast
salt, oil and rosemary to taste
Directions:
1. First dissolve the yeast in water and set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine the two flour, the dissolved yeast, the sugar. oil, salt and water.
3. Knead the dough well and let it rise for 4 hours.
4. Then roll it out on a greased baking sheet and let it rest for 45 minutes.
5. Then add salt, rosemary, oil and bake at 220 ° for 30 minutes.
