White cake with cream filling: the easy and delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
120 g of flour
180 g of powdered sugar
4 large eggs
80 g of potato starch
80 g of butter
16 g of baking powder
1 packet of vanillin
- For the filling:
500 ml of whipping cream
60 g of sugar
- For decoration:
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and powdered sugar until you get a fluffy and foamy batter.
2. Add melted butter, flour, potato starch, vanillin and lastly baking powder.
3. Stir well until all the ingredients are well combined.
4. Pour the batter in a buttered baking tray.
5. Bake in a pre-heated static oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
6. Cut the cake in half.
7. Whip cream and sugar, then use this mixture to fill the cake.
8. Decorate with powdered sugar.
