Persimmon sponge cake: the beautiful and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
1 persimmon
2 eggs
160 gr granulated sugar
a jar of citrus yogurt
1 tsp vanillin extract
200 gr flour 00
20 gr potato starch
a sachet of baking powder
For the sugar glaze:
100 gr icing sugar
2-3 tablespoons of water
To decorate:
chopped hazelnuts / almonds / walnuts
Directions:
1. First, blend the persimmon and set aside.
2. Mix the eggs with the sugar, yogurt, vanilla extract and pureed persimmon.
3. Then add the sifted flour, starch and yeast.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40/45 minutes.
