Potato cheese bread: the mouthwatering recipe to make in a pan

Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
Salt and pepper
Cheese + chives or parsley
240 gr flour
1 tablespoon of butter
80 ml cold water
Oil
 
Directions:
1. Mix the boiled potatoes with salt and pepper.
2. Then mix the flour with butter, water and salt.
3. Form a uniform dough and fill it.
4. Roll out the focaccia and cook it in a pan with a little oil.
