Pork filet with white wine: the juicy and tasty meal

Ingredients:
Pork fillet
1 head of garlic
Salt and pepper
150 ml of white wine
100 ml of water or meat broth
Olive oil
Parsley
Directions:
1. First, brown the fillet in a pan with salt and pepper.
2. Then set the meat aside and sauté the garlic in the same pan.
3. Then add the meat, wine and water.
4. Cook until a cream is formed.
5. Serve with potatoes.
