Dinner rolls: the recipe to make them perfect and fluffy

Ingredients:
300 g. of Manitoba flour + that for processing
200 g. of flour 00
300 ml. of water
A teaspoon of honey
10 g. of salt
4 g. powdered brewer's yeast
60 ml. of extra virgin olive oil + the one to brush
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine the two flour, then add yeast, oil, honey and water.
2. Dissolve the salt in the water and add to the dough.
3. Let it rise for 2 hours.
4. Then form 100 g loaves and pass them in the flour.
5. Let them rise for another hour and add a few drops of oil.
6. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 18 minutes.
