How to prepare a perfect cocoa sponge cake

Ingredients:
5 eggs
180 gr sugar
20 gr bitter cocoa
160 gr flour 00
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
2. Then add the bitter cocoa and gradually the flour.
3. finally add the yeast and integrate well.
4. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
