Fluffy buns with spreadable cheese: the easy way to make them perfect

Ingredients:
Flour 230 g
Sugar 70 g
Brewer's yeast 15 g
Milk 100 g
Spreadable cheese 80 g
Egg 1
Directions:
1. You can use any food processor to prepare the dough.
2. Mix together yeast and milk, then add flour, sugar, egg and cream cheese.
3. Let the dough rise for at least 2 hours.
4. Then form balls of 60 g each and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
5. Brush with water and egg and then bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
