Homemade baguette: the easy recipe with just 4 ingredients

Ingredients:
7g (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
250ml water
125g bread flour + 250g (total 375g)
1½ tsp salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix yeast, water and 125 gr of flour.
2. Cover for 30-60 minutes.
3. Then add salt and 250 gr of flour, mix well.
4. Cover for an hour.
5. Divide the dough into 3 parts and make the baguette.
6. Cover for 30 minutes and then slash on top.
7. Bake at 450°F/230° for 20 minutes.
